Voting Spots — Imperfect Circles
Dealing with the far right uprise in the German elections in a creative visualization.
My wedding dress was a blue shade. I am surrounded by blue walls in my office. My website brand color — the same blue. Blue is just my absolute favorite color.
It's the night of the German elections in February 2025. I'm trying to deal with the election outcome and I can't stand to see so much of my favorite blue in the election results. The far right and blue AfD party has far too many spots in my visualization, actually more than 20%.
It's the spots in real life that the AfD will change in Germany with so much power that I'm afraid of.
